180 Community Wellness Centers was established in 2012 with the goal of becoming the premier franchise agency of change for the individuals, families, and communities of Southern Nevada and beyond.

Our Clinical Director, visionary and CEO is Ericka L. Severs-Brooks, LCSW who has served the Las Vegas Valley for over 20 years.
We provide high quality, evidence-based, holistic, transformative and rehabilitative services that empower individuals, promote healthy families, and increase the wellness of the community.

We Began as an Outpatient Mental Health Agency Offering Talk Therapy, Basic Skills Training and Psychosocial Rehabilitation. Over the Years Our Services Have Expanded to Include:

180 Community Wellness Centers is committed to serving individuals and families in the community at times that best fit their specific schedules.
Client Service Agreement
As a client of 180 Community Wellness Centers, you are expected to fully participate in all services you agree to receive on a regular basis.
If there is ever a time that you, the family support specialist, or the clinician are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, a call will be made no later than one hour prior to the set time to cancel or reschedule.
