mental health Assessment

The diagnostic assessment is a tool used by licensed clinicians of 180 Community Wellness Centers to help determine the clinical needs of individuals seeking services with 180 Community Wellness Centers. The assessment is conducted in an interview format and the information gathered is utilized to develop a treatment plan through a variety of services (Basic Skills Training, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Day Treatment and Psychotherapy) to assist individuals with regaining the ability to function optimally.

BASIC SKILLS TRAINING (BST)

BST is designed to assist individuals and their families function at age level while managing their lives with as much independence as possible through mastery of skills such as:

Basic living and self-care skills

Parental training

Communication skills

Organization and time management skills

TALK therapy

Talk Therapy, also known as “psychotherapy”, is a service offered by a licensed clinician to individuals, couples, families, and groups in need of talking through past/current trauma and issues as they seek to resolve them and become emotionally, mentally and relationally whole.
